Pre-Show & Onsite Services. With limited time to do what needs to be done, Onsite Trade Show & Conventions, JM Exhibitor Support Centre can and will take care of all your onsite administrative needs.

  • Laminating

    Protect your documents and never worry about damaging them. Several sizes are available to you, and we provide them on site. We laminate up to 11 X 17 and as small as business, (2 1/4"x 3 3/4")

  • Facsimile

    Did you forget your booth set-up lay- out? You don’t have to worry because you can have it faxed to “Your office away from your office.”It is equipped to send and/or receive faxes just about anywhere in the world that has a fax machine.

  • Photocopying

    Photocopying is a key service that we provide. It’s easy, fast and affordable.

    Pre-Show Services We give exhibitors the opportunity to send their information ahead, whether it is Camera Ready, on Diskette or by Email. We can handle all your printing needs such as; brochures, flyers, and business cards. Just about any type of printed information your would require at your next Trade Show &/or convention.

  • Office Supplies

    Give us your list and we’ll find it for you. Copy Paper by the ream or by the sheet, Writing Instruments, Receipt Books, Calculators, Note Pads, Clipboards (Legal, Letter & Tabloid) Sheet Protectors, Presentation Folders, Binders, Staplers/Staples (by the sleeve) Paper Clips, Dry Erase markers, Highlighters, Markers, Carbon Paper (by the sheet)

  • Computer Usage Station

    Retrieve your Email, or to just edit a document. Available for your use (at a per hour rate, with a minimum charge of 15 mins), state of the equipped with Microsoft Office and most of today’s editing programs

  • Typing/word Processing

    As “your office away from your office” we know how important your clients are to you, and getting information to them is vital. We can type a letter, proposals, invoices, letter of intent, special show flyers, etc... we can type your words, or allow the creative minds at JM Exhibitor Support Centre to assist you in maximizing your show participation.

  • Parcel Pickup And Delivery & Courier Arrangement

    Sending & Receiving) UPS, FedEx &Purolator Let us ship your small stuff – Well

    Well do the packing and take care of all the details to, getting your shipment to your desired destinations.

  • Electrical & Hardware

    Extensions, Power bars, Display lighting and then some.

  • Advance Ticket Sales (ATS)

    This provides an easy and convenient opportunity to pre sell tickets to your show at The JM Exhibitor Support Inc. up until the official opening of your show. ATS is intended to add another key support element for show management.

  • Hotel & Restaurant Reservation

    Are you tired, hungry and need some excitement? The JM Exhibitor Support Centre . will find you a great hotel; an excellent restaurant and we’ll give you a list of hot spots in Toronto for you to visit.
